Privacy Policy

Cookies.

A Cookie is a small file created by your browser and stored on your hard drive. It picks up useful bits of information about your time on our site and makes the experience smoother. For example, at Golprizes.co.uk, we use cookies to collect information about which items you are choosing whilst you shop with us, and then we place the information about the products you finally choose into the checkout, ready for you to pay for once you are ready. No other personal information is contained or transmitted in the cookie. If you reject cookies, you will be unable to place orders on the Golfprizes.co.uk website.

Privacy

Our success is based on our product quality but also on the service we give to all our customers. Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisations (unless required to under Law). Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail from other organisations as a result of ordering from us. We may analyse your data to help us improve the service we give to our customers and to help us market and supply our products more effectively

By placing an order or registering on our website you are consenting to the collection, processing and use of this information by us.

If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy, please contact our Customer Services Dept at S R Designs, 1 Hook Hill Park, Woking, Surrey GU22 0PX.

Security

When you place your order you are automatically connected to our secure servers using SSL 256 bit encryption. Once you enter the secure site a closed padlock will show in your browser status bar. This means that your personal and card details are fully encrypted, and remain secure across the internet and after they reach our order processing centre.

Passwords

When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected on-line, off-line and in transit. We do not store your actual password should you use one. Instead, a system know as MD5 hashing is used to ‘one-way encrypt’ your password, meaning we can only receive a correct password from you, not send your chosen password outwards from us to you or anyone else.
